Data & Transparency
Data Access & Permissions
Reclavio accesses your products (to know prices/inventory) and active carts (to provide offers). We do not store sensitive payment details or customer PII beyond what is needed for order attribution.
Data Retention & Erasure
We retain interaction logs for 90 days for analytics. If you uninstall the app, Shopify automatically sends us a data erasure request, and we purge your store's data typically within 48 hours in compliance with GDPR/CCPA.
